To Start Your four-course dinner begins with a shared starter platter featuring mouth-watering specialities such as skewered peppered impala, smoked crocodile tail and corn ciabatta and “indumba” bean fritters.
Next Make your way to the campfire for the chef’s freshly made soup of the day served with croutons and homemade bread, as well as a selection of vegetarian dishes, such as vegetable stir-fry, homemade garlic bread and roast potato wedges. There is also a salad bar, featuring a variety of different offerings made from local organic produce, including sweet potato, legumes, nuts and seeds, complimented by greens, dressings and assorted breads.
The Main Course Indulge in a feast featuring a braai (barbeque) buffet including a selection of game meats, beef, borewors, marinated chicken, and our spit roast of the day, served with peanut butter rice or sadza (a thick maize-meal porridge which is the local staple diet) with a variety of sauces. You may also tempt your taste buds with one of our traditional hunter’s stews or try our fish – Zambezi bream and kapenta (freshwater sardine). Halaal diners are also catered for. The adventurous may wish to try a local delicacy, a sautéed mopane worm, for which you will get a certificate as proof.

This is an uncontrived bush experience, covering a genuinely wild, unfenced wilderness area. Please note that the Zambezi National Park is only a five minute drive from Victoria Falls town, so there are no lengthy transfers involved.The morning safari sets off at 0600hrs and a light breakfast, tea/coffee and mineral waters are served. After check-in, you go to the middle of the bridge where the jump operators will give you your safety talk and strap you in. For the swing, you free-fall for 70 meters before you fly out over the rapids of the Zambezi River, in a big arc. They say if you're really nervous, don't look down - look to the horizon. Feel free to scream. After the rush, enjoy the scenery while you swing in a pendulum in the gorge. The roaring sound of the Falls and the river completes the experience. You will be mechanically lifted up to where the recovery operator is located below the bridge. After the reels you in, make your way to the top of the bridge and back to the jump point where your harness will be removed.
